Hemant and Nandita shared a common appetite for the arts and together began their design journey in the year 2004. The turning point in their career came when they got their first order Anthropologie (chains of stores in USA) in SS-11, selling under their own label from their stores. In SS-12, their parvati dress was a full sold out within a week from anthropologie stores.
About the brand: Hemant and Nandita's forte lies in resort wear. They are known for their digital prints which have funky motifs colours and completely true to their sensibilities. The collection ranges from digital printing silhouettes to solids and is all about shirts, skirts, pants, tunic, short/long dresses, maxis, kaftans, jumpsuits and capes with thread embroidery, applique and bead work. With the use of the fabric like silk crepe, organza, flat chiffon, cotton silk, cotton satin, their resort line give a flowy and semi -formal look.
